From I-64 E, take exit 96 towards US-60E. Follow for about 40 miles until you reach US 41, and look for the signs towards Babcock State Park.
I used two LED panels to illuminate the mill: the Neewer CN-LUX360, and the larger NEEWER 160 LED CN-160.
I arrived at Babcock State Park in West Virginia just after sunset on Friday, only to discover that not much had turned and that the fall had been pretty dry so far. I also had the entire park to myself, and as the stars began to emerge, so did my surprise: the Milky Way was still visible this time of year, and it was right over the Mill! Luckily I had thought to bring my LED light panels and I busily began setting them up. After a few adjustments--and a serendipitous meteor flying by--I got something I had never even expected.
