I ride my bike along this section of the NH coast often in the summer, as the ocean is only 10 miles from home. I heard an unusually loud rushing noise as I passed this section and stopped to see its origin. I was surprised to see a cascade of water pouring over a culvert to the sea rocks below. A high water table and nearby swamp were apparently overflowing from a wet and snowy spring. I returned the next morning hoping for the scene you see. I used a piece of cardboard to help direct some of the flow over the main cascade to increase its volume to create the image I had in mind. The weather cooperated nicely.
