Late last September I took a trip to Grand Teton National Park in hopes of shooting some wildlife. I awoke one morning to find an early season snowstorm in progress. I drove to an area where I'd seen Pronghorn the previous afternoon knowing that the covering of snow would make the reddish-brown pronghorns really stand out. Sure enough, this one was grazing in the open, a little far away to get a good sized image. Now pronghorns are skittish but very curious animals and as I lay across the hood of my car watching him, he gradually zig-zagged closer to me to see what I was up to. I took this shot in the middle of a snowstorm, as you can see by the background.
