The theme of the current assignment is flowing water, which can be captured in different ways, from creating a silky-smooth blur to freezing the motion entirely. Incorporate a waterfall, winding river, crashing waves or another type of water in motion into your landscape, nature or wildlife images. Deadline extended! Submit your best shots by May 16.—Kristan Ashworth, Managing Editor
The winning images from our weekly assignments are featured on the OP Blog, as well as our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages.
