Sunset at 9,135 foot elevation - Where this is creates a lot opportunities for photographers. It provides light, shades, and smooth contrasting colors...I took two shots - long exposure and very fast one.
That was a little squall when I took fast exposure, it created kind of the leading lines on the water, which I really like. It ruined the stillness of the lake and looks natural for whole composition - even with with existing reflections.
I took a regular shot to present more authentic composition, then the blurry water (long exposure), and then recorded the moment when the squall was whispering with the mountains.
