When I was visiting the Park in mid-May I came across this American Black Bear mother and cub. At first they were not posing for photographs because they were resting and obscured by the tree branches. I patiently waited for them to get active, and hoped they would come out into the open. They finally did to get a better view of their surroundings. I had a lucky opportunity when the mother and cub both looked in my direction as if to pose for me just for a few seconds.
