To photograph the famous frozen methane bubbles, this was my second trip to Abraham lake. Last year was a disaster as it snowed all 6 days that I was there. This year not so much. After three mornings of trying to get a good sunrise, finally it happened on my second last day there. The lake was mostly covered with snow unfortunately, but thank God some parts were visible. I had to clean the surface up a little with car brush to get a better exposure. Walking on thin ice was no fun but worth it!!
