Calla Lily Canyon

West side of Highway 1 at Garrapata Beach

This is a hidden wild calla lily row that blooms in early spring. The flowers bloom along a ravine which leads to the pacific shore just outside of Carmel-by-the-Sea. A hike through the poison oak blanketed cliff is required, so be sure to wear long pants and sturdy shoes or boots! And as always, take good care not to trample the natural growth and leave no trace.
