Haystack and Pinnacle Rocks in Tungsten

30 miles south of Astoria on US 101.

Canon RP, ISO 100, 1/6, f8.0, 24mm, Tungsten WB.

My wife and I were on vaction in the Northwest and I was hoping to get sunset pictures at Cannon Beach. I didn't think it was going to happen because the sky was clouded over. Thankfully the clouds partially broke up just before sunset. After taking several dozen pictures of a beautiful sunset we stuck around for the twilight hour when so many other photographers had packed it in. Once the color was gone I switched over to Tungsten WB to make my own color giving the photo a blue hue. The tide was up and gentle providing a smooth surface for great reflections helped out by a slower shutter speed.
