While I was in Montreux, Switzerland in October, I came across this little wasp spending a lot of time with this beautiful flower on the shore of Lake Geneva. And so began my quest to get a clear shot of his face. About forty frames and a lot of patience later I finally caught this picture. Wildlife photography teaches one so many things, but I feel that one of the most important is patience. Having patience paid off for me this day. That little face, which looks like it's smiling, and the peach fuzz on top of it's head made my day.
