Description

The tip of Tomales Point at the Point Reyes National Seashore feels like primordial California, especially because of its herd of Tule elk. As I came around the corner, the herd was in the process of crossing the road. I quickly parked the car on the shoulder so that I could take pictures of the elk with the road dropping off into the ocean in the background.
