Description
My go to nature spot is a short drive from my house to Lake Texoma, on the border between Texas and Oklahoma. I have kayaked on the lake for decades photographing the wildlife especially the bird rookeries I have discovered through the years. This is one of my favorite images, of a pair of courting blue herons.
