Limber is as limber does. This is a good testimonial for high speed continuous shooting. I noticed a Red-bellied Woodpecker circling around this tree limb and was waiting till it got on the side where the distant background would be blurred out of focus. When it settled down, it started doing the usual hammering with it's beak so I let loose a rather lengthy burst hoping I'd catch something useful. Reviewing these images in post, I was so surprised to see this most unusual position the bird was in to get his quarry.
