We were visiting the Selous Game Reserve in Tanzania during an extremely rainy November period. It was raining very hard, and the baboons were absolutely drenched, but it didn't put a damper on the youngsters' play. The subdued light and dark skies really brought out the greens in the lush vegetation. Two of the infant baboons were especially active, chasing each other over, around and on top of their tolerant elders. It really did look like one of the small females was practicing the signature "Crane Kick" from the Karate Kid movie. I took the image with a Canon EOS 7D Mark II with a Canon EF 100-400 mm f/ 4.5-5.6 IS II USM lens with a Canon 1.4X III teleconverter. The exposure settings were 1/1000 sec, f/ 8.0, ISO 800, 560 mm.
