Spaceship
My family and I had embarked on a trip to the southern Indian state of Kerala and it was during the time that we were traveling from the pristine hill-station of Munnar to the another dainty hill-town of Thekkady that we stopped by and visited an Ayurvedic garden. Ayurveda is an ancient form of indigenous medicine, which has been used, over the ages, to treat a vast array of ailments. While we were having a guided tour of the place, I noticed an astonishing plant peeping through its leaves. I was informed that it was the flower of a passion fruit, and I eventually also got to know that apart from being an ornamental plant, it had medicinal properties that could be used to treat insomnia or anxiety. What especially intrigued me was not only the fact that the form of the flower appeared to resemble a spaceship, but also that the anther of the flower looked exactly like eyes, giving it a discernible expression!!
