Description
On a short visit to Rocky Mountain National Park, we stopped to admire some elk in the distance. Using my telephoto lens, I isolated a young elk with some nice layers of forest and misty purple rocky mountains in the background. This scene encapsulated a calm moment in nature, despite the large crowds of visitors throughout the park.
