I was camping at the Wahweap campground at Lake Powell, when I noticed some interesting clouds forming over the lake. I hiked over to a good vantage point and waited for the sunset to develop. It turned out the be a good, but not great sunset. I knew from previous experience to wait until well past sundown for the best colors in the sky. Sure enough, the clouds, for a brief moment, appeared to be on fire. This turned out to be one of my very favorite sunsets.
