I had been out shooting all morning in the Yosemite valley and it had been snowing heavily all day. I got back in my car and noticed these ravens out in the field in front of me. I watched them for several minutes and I couldn't help but think, "here I am inside my warm car, out of the cold, safe and secure while these two poor birds and the other animals inside the park are having to deal with this inclement weather." So I switched lens and carefully got out of my car and knelt down and while doing so one of the two ravens became curious as to what I was doing and probably thought, "stupid human, what are you doing out here in the cold!'" I got this capture of him with the snow falling all around us.
