Hawk Flight

In photography, there are times when you are extremely fortunate to be in just the right location to capture something truly special that evokes an emotional response. Today, for me, this was it. We had been watching for hawks all morning long when this red-tailed hawk decided to take off from a field and soar about. When he flew in front of the snow-capped San Jacinto mountains, my heart jumped in my chest. This was a moment that will live in my memory for some time.
