The late morning view from off-trail almost in the bottom of Pontatoc Canyon looking NW uphill to Finger Rock one canyon west from here. These 2 canyons are my favorites to explore on and off trail, am in there sometimes 3 times a week in all weather - and temperatures. So many views at different times, lighting, distances - and lots of wildlife in there too. Surprisingly not very crowded for being so close to a large metro area so can feel the wilderness within minutes.
