Spirit Falls is on the Little White Salmon River in the Columbia River Gorge on the Washington side. The hike down to the falls is a scramble down a steep moss covered talus slope. It was short hike but the path was not easy going for the casual hiker. I went hiking there in early spring so everything was so beautiful with the lush green and crazy current rushing down the stream. This shot involves getting wet and I had to wipe my lens every 30 seconds to get the clean shot. I use a polarizer and ND a stops filters to enhance blue color and power of the fall. This is definitely one of the most impressive waterfalls in the Pacific Northwest.
