Okame Cherry In Snow

Reston Town Center is on Reston Parkway, just south of Highway 267 ("The Toll Road"). The parking garage is adjacent to the Town Center, just to the North.

This is one of my favorite images. I enjoy the colors and the cheerfulness of the image.

There are Cherry trees planted on top of a parking garage in Reston, VA. The heat of the parking garage tricked the trees into blooming a week early. A late snow covered the trees as they were starting to bloom in late March. I shot this image on my way to work.
