I'm submitting this picture with Thanksgiving in mind. This is an early morning shot of a rafter of turkeys. I had wanted to get a shot of a coyote that morning and set up for it. I was cut off guard. I had the camera set to a shallow depth of field, given the low light. I also needed to get as much speed as I could to capture a coyote in motion. I had a Canon 100mm Macro prime lens on. I was looking out a kitchen window when I saw these wild turkeys. Wild turkeys are well aware of what's going on around them. I had to climb up on the kitchen cabinet and slide the upper widow down without them noticing me. The birds were getting wise to me as I took this shot. This is not a great picture. I just wanted to submit it for Thanksgiving.
