After a particularly rainy spring I was walking along the trails in Ute Valley Park and found it to be the greenest and lushest that it had been in many years. Some of the grasses in the large open meadow were almost waist high and had begun to go to seed. As a gentle breeze swept through the park the tufts were swaying rhythmically with the wind. I grabbed my cell phone, crouched down and captured the moment.
