As I wandered thru Huntley Meadow's wildlife habitat I heard the croaking of many bullfrogs but couldn't catch sight of a single one. Then on my way back to the visitor's center, I spied one of those small children's swimming pools in back of the visitor's center. They were apparently growing some sort of succulent plant in the pool. I wandered on over and just as I got close to the pool I saw a big bullfrog leap into the water. I sat there with my camera for about 20 minutes before the frog poked it's head out of the water.
