THIS PHOTO IS BEST APPRECIATED WHEN THE ABOVE PICTURE IS ENLARGED BY CLICKING ON IT. Adena Brook runs through one of the ravines that defines the Clintonville neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. I grew up in this area and spent a lot of my youth exploring these ravines. I visited the region in October, 2010 to photograph the autumn color change. Due to the density of the foliage and the height of the ravine walls, sunlight is an evasive element to capture. I was fortunate to to find it in a position to highlight the reflection of the sky and leaves on the surface of the brook.
