Weekly photo assignments from the editors of Outdoor Photographer Magazine
I just got back from the annual PMA trade show where manufacturers and distributors show off their new gear. It’s a great event for us as editors
to roll up our sleeves and check out the latest in tools for making better pictures. Walking the show got me thinking that I’d like to make an assignment asking you, the readers, to submit a picture made with the single most important piece of equipment you carry. Maybe it’s a filter, or a
tripod or a particular lens or even a feature that makes your particular camera body indispensable. Submit the shot and and in the “Notes” field,
please tell us what the key gear is and why it’s so important to you.
