Description
A warm night in August brought fog so heavy, the fog horn blew all morning in the Petersburg Harbor warning of the dangers within the Wrangell Narrows for seafaring boats. As it began to lift around noon, it looked like a wrapper of fog was still holding tight over the small islands of this part of Southeast Alaska.
