I traveled 200 miles North of Ho Chi Minh City to reach Co Thach, a small seaside village in Tuy Phong, Binh Thuan Province, Vietnam.
A Singh Ray Gold n Blue circular polarizer and a graduate ND filter were used to enhance and balance the sky and the dark rocks. The long exposure blurred the waves into a some what mist, which helped to accentuate the curvy rock formation.
This photo was shot 30 minutes before sunrise when the sky just started to glow. The rocks were randomly scattered everywhere in a very chaotic fashion, therefore I had a hard time to sort out their lines and forms in order to come up with this composition.
