As I was leaving Glacier National Park, I stopped along McDonald Creek and was fascinated by the reflections of the trees on the opposite shore and how they interacted with the stones in the crystal clear water. I used my little point and shoot Elph to play around with a quick shot, not wanting to take the time to set up my 4X5. It wasn't until I got the shot up on the computer did I realize how good it was. The largest good quality print I can get from the 2.1MP image is 11X14. Today's digital cameras easily capture the quality I need, but I also now take the time to set up- no matter how long it takes!
