What motivates me as a photographer? Capturing 'that' moment is one thing keeps me going. I can go through several shooting outings where I'm not happy with the results, but all it takes is one perfect morning, one perfect storm moving in or out at just the right time, or one 10 minute window of incredible light. This image is a great example of that. Although incredibly iconic, I have a love affair with the Moulton Barns in Grand Teton National Park. I've been to this location over a half dozen times, none quite 'that' moment I've visioned. Not this morning, the light was just right and the clouds moved into right into just the right place. I walked away this morning being re-energized and excited about what I do as a photographer.
