A heavy snowfall the night before left a few gray clouds in the canyon. The sun was shining brightly as I stood near the edge. For a few seconds at intermittent times I could see the sun shining on the canyon walls as the clouds broke apart. I took this picture as the clouds broke away just a bit and the canyon peeped through, warmed up by the sun. This was the most magical shot I have ever had. A point and shoot camera standing on the rim at the right place at the right time!
