Assignment #16: Spring Flowers

The last gasps of cold are giving way to spring with the promise of summer’s warm, lazy days ahead. A reader recently sent me a photo taken at a cherry blossom festival in Japan and on the same day I received an image taken at the Poppy Preserve in Southern California. These photos made me think that a good Assignment for this week would be the flowers and blossoms of spring.
