I was camped out on shrine pass this morning, when I got up for sunrise but it was a cloudless morning without much color for photography. Not wanting to head home I drove up mt. Evans, where I found these clouds just hugging the mt. I knew if I got above them it could be interesting. When I looked down on the clouds I saw this Brocken Spectre image. It was the first day of summer, but the wind was blowing so strong my hands were freezing. There was rime ice on the rocks below me. The two peaks in the upper right are 14,000ft Grays and Torreys.
