As I sat in the back of a boat on our way for a deep sea fishing trip, I noticed how the waves were splitting from the boat. One way was directing my eyes toward the incredible rock formation, while the other wave was leading my eyes towards the fiery sunrise. I quickly positioned my camera for the exact moment when the speeding boat bounced over the rushing ocean waves to give myself a chance to capture this moment without it becoming a blur. I quickly decided on this composition and shot it right before the boat took a beeline for the horizon. Needless to say, the Dorado wasn't the only thing I caught that day.
