This is a photograph I took outside of a real scene. There is actually this mannequin outside hanging on this building, which is an art studio. It was put out there as a hoax, so the local folklore goes, it was to see if anybody would notice or even look up. In this angle there is really a church and its steeple. I took the picture in daylight, I then was able to invert the entire picture to get the black sky and emphasis on the figure and the church cross. I then layered a shot of the moon into the final shot, adding a little yellow as if it were inside the building or even moonlight. The final print was printed on chromaluxe, which is a metal type of print, it is 12 x 18. It really is quite pronounced in this chromaluxe version. There was also a filter used from photo shop to give it a grittier exterior.
