(© Ian Plant) I’ve recently returned from leading a photo workshop in Lake Clark National Park and Preserve in Alaska. During our five day stint at a remote mountain lodge, we tasted fine food, enjoyed beautiful scenery, and saw more bears than I ever imagined could be gathered in one place. We saw dozens of brown bears, including mothers with cubs, and even a few shy black bears. It was an exceptional experience that I can’t wait to repeat again next year! Below are just a few of the images from the trip. Each image has a link to an entry on my personal photoblog, which tells a little bit more about the story behind each. I’ll be posting more images from the trip in the weeks to come, so stay tuned!
