Digital Film Tools Releases Adobe CS3 and Avid Intel Mac Compatible Software
April 21, 2007 — Digital Film Tools releases new versions of 55mm, Digital Film Lab, EZ Mask, Light, Ozone, Snap and zMatte for Adobe Photoshop versions 7 through CS3 and Photoshop Elements as well as new Intel Mac compatible versions of 55mm, Digital Film Lab, Composite Suite, and zMatte for Avid Editing Systems– specifically Avid Media Composer 2.5.1 and higher and Avid Xpress Pro 5.5.1 and higher.
Digital Film Tools has created the definitive set of digital optical filters meant to simulate popular glass camera filters, specialized lenses, optical lab processes, film grain, exacting color correction, natural light and photographic effects as well as unrivaled masking and compositing software. Releasing new versions of all of it’s software for Adobe Photoshop, Digital Film Tools is offering upgrades for 55mm, Composite Suite, Digital Film Lab, EZ Mask, Light, Ozone, Snap and zMatte. They have undergone a major face lift with all filters sporting a new, eye catching interface and Adobe Photoshop CS3 compatibility. The user interface contains a visual, thumbnail preview for each filter with many filters utilizing an extensive preset library.
Some of the new features include three different compare modes, a resizeable image viewer, On-Line Help, and products with more than one filter show all filters within the user interface for quick filter selection. All of the upgraded software is compatible with Adobe Photoshop 7 through CS3 and Photoshop Elements, Windows XP and Vista as well as Macintosh PowerPC and Intel machines. Digital Film Tools has also released new Intel Mac compatible versions of 55mm, Digital Film Lab, Composite Suite, and zMatte for Avid Editing Systems–specifically Avid Media Composer 2.5.1 and higher and Avid Xpress Pro 5.5.1 and higher.
