Winner: "Secret Beach" By Masako Metz
“This photo was shot at Secret Beach in Samuel H. Boardman State Scenic Corridor, Oregon, during the summer in 2019,” explains Metz. “Those haystack rocks with the trees on top were impressive. As soon as I looked at the view, I decided to take a long exposure shot. This area is definitely one of my favorite places on the Oregon coast now.” Canon 5D Mark lll, Canon EF 16-35mm f/4.0 USM+Nisi 10 stop ND filter. Exposure: 33mm, 66 sec., f/11, ISO 50.
