Today’s Photo Of The Day comes fro the Waterfalls Assignment. Larry Angier took this photograph high in the Sierra Nevada mountains. He writes, “Each spring during runoff, the “enhanced” lakes at Mosquito cascade about 18 inches as the water heads toward Pacific Creek and into the upper Mokelumne River headwaters.” This photograph birders on abstract and the more I look at it the more I see in it.
