Photo Of The Day By Erick Castellon
Today’s Photo Of The Day is “The Wave” by Erick Castellon. Location: San Francisco, California.
“A few years back, I’d been trying to capture the fog roll in under the Golden Gate Bridge,” says Castellon. “I had several failed attempts where the fog would not be there. This time, I got there just at the right time before the fog covered it entirely.”
Canon 60D | ISO-125 | F-13 | 70-200mm 2.8 @70mm | 20 second expo | 10 Stop ND Lee Filter. My shot was underexposed by one stop, as I didn’t want to overexpose the clouds. I opened the RAW file in Adobe CC, I opened up the shadows and increase exposure by 1 stop. I also cleaned up sensor spots and then reduce the blues as I had some color cast from the filter.
