Today’s Photo of the Day is “Dolomiti Straordinaria!” by Gary Nack. Location: Italian Alps.

“At the end of a very foggy sunrise, I looked to my right to see a sliver of golden light through the clouds,” describes Nack. “As I hurriedly moved my tripod into a new position, the clouds suddenly parted exposing this beautiful scene. I managed to capture a few pics before it quickly disappeared into the mist and fog once again.”
