Photo Of The Day By Max Foster
Today’s Photo Of The Day is “A Stormy Brew” by Max Foster. Location: Glacier National Park, Montana.
“Lake McDonald is a well-known location in Glacier National Park,” says Foster. “I originally had visions of a colorful sunset and still reflection, but the weather turned and I had the opportunity to create something unique. With the wind pushing waves onto shore, I got super low and shot short exposures to show the movement and force of the wind with the approaching storm in the distance.”

Photo of the Day is chosen from various OP galleries, including Assignments, Galleries and the OP Contests. Assignments have weekly winners that are featured on the OP website homepage, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. To get your photos in the running, all you have to do is submit them.
