Sigma has announced a new 24mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art Lens and dp0 Quattro camera at the CP+ Imaging Show.
The 24mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art Lens uses 15 “F” Low Dispersion and Special Low Dispersion elements in 11 groups to minimize aberrations and distortions. The full time manual focus mechanism quickly moves from AF to manual mode by rotating the focus ring. Designed for a full frame, the lens becomes an effective 38mm when used with an APS-C sized sensor. Compatible with the Sigma USB dock.
Joining the pervious Quattro compact camera lineup is the dp0 Quattro which combined the Foveon Direct image sensor with a 14mm f/4 fixed lens.
