Winner: "Organ Mountains Moonset" By Jody Partin
“My husband and I were moving from California to Virginia, and we were making a fun road trip out of the move. We stayed at the military RV campground on White Sands Missile Range one night. I got up early (and battled crazy high winds) to capture the sunrise hitting the Organ Mountains, but I was much more pleased when the moon set right behind the tallest peaks.” Nikon D810, Nikon Nikkor 200-500mm f/5.6 at 450mm. Exposure: 1/640 sec., f/13, ISO 100.
