Today’s Photo Of The Day is Trunk To Sky In The Pacific Northwest By Robin Canfield. Location: Ed Grenfell County Park, Yamhill County, Oregon.
“The trees grow in small clumps in Ed Grenfell County Park, Yamhill County, Oregon,” explained Canfield. “The creek just steps away from this tree is the obvious photograph choice, but something told me if I could reach just high enough with my camera to get between the separated trunks of this tree I might catch something beautiful.”
Photo of the Day is chosen from various OP galleries, including Assignments, Galleries and the OP Contests. Assignments have weekly winners that are featured on the OP website homepage, Facebook and Twitter. To get your photos in the running, all you have to do is submit them.
