Winner: "Glacier Bay Vista" By Timothy Van Minnick
“This image was made from the deck of a cruise ship in Glacier Bay National Park, handheld with an image stabilized lens,” explains Minnick. “I zoomed in to isolate the cloud-wreathed snow-covered mountains with the glacier flowing down to the bay in the foreground. I felt this telephoto perspective would be more impactful for this scene than a wide angle.”
