After we spent the morning tracking wild silverback gorilla's through the dense Rainforest of Bwindi National Park in Uganda, Africa, we decided to head back out and take a guided tour of some waterfalls located deep in the rainforest. About 20 minutes in to the hike, a thunderstorm rolled in and the skies started dumping rain. The crazy thing about though, was that we really didnt get that wet. The dense forest seemed to absorb all the moisture before it made it down to ground lever. It was definitely crazy!! This large falls marked the end of the trail and proved to be worth the effort of hiking 2 hours into the jungle. It was an experience I will never forget and one that I would definitely recommend if you ever have an opportunity to visit this distant tropical rainforest!!
