Notes
This was a special Christmas train exhibition as a gift to the people of Sonora from Railtown 1897. The park wanted to express their gratitude to the people as a thank you for helping to save the park during the State of California budget cutback. On a very rainy day they undertook a rare trip to the city of Sonora. In fading light I was able to get this capture at the Campo Seco crossing in route to Sonora. This historic engine has been featured in a number of western films and even a Back to the Future movie.
