This is a photograph of Mount Shuksan taken on way to Artist Point, Mount Baker Highway. I was lucky to get some cool light during sunset. When I reached this place about 30 minutes before sunset, I couldn't see any reflection in the lake and I am glad that I stayed till sunset to capture this. While it was a wonderful sight to see by eyes, capturing this became utterly difficult because of the thousands of mosquitoes that kept hovering around me all the time. Those wonderful wildflowers and the sunset alpenglow on the mountain made it a perfect moment. How did I name this ? Well, that's a story. I was thinking of some words that shared similarity with "reflection". An update on Facebook from the TV series Fringe about 30 minutes back somehow brought me a thought of Water and Walternate (Water's alternate). There it is ! I named it "Shuksalternate".
